Great vacation for me and my girl!
Amenities are always clean, staff very polite, friendly and overall pleasant attitude.
The beach front is super small, waters not as calm and the water ain’t azul by the beach. They could do more with other food choices. The all inclusive ‘fine dining’ restaurant (Siena) had very tiny potions, the buffet (Spoon) has more options but some of the food was recycled through out my stay.

If it were just a little bit cheaper we would definitely go again
The place is great. A little run down, but still amazing. We really liked the Italian restaurant. there is no beach to go swimming, but it is nice for long walks
I was very worried about the negative reviews and having to wait a long time for food. Reserving the restaurants is chaotic, but the buffet restaurant is open and available. the people at the front desk were not very nice, but everyone else was amazingly friendly.
