If it were just a little bit cheaper we would definitely go again
The place is great. A little run down, but still amazing. We really liked the Italian restaurant. there is no beach to go swimming, but it is nice for long walks
I was very worried about the negative reviews and having to wait a long time for food. Reserving the restaurants is chaotic, but the buffet restaurant is open and available. the people at the front desk were not very nice, but everyone else was amazingly friendly.

Adequate but did not like the mildew smell in the room. Bed was too hard.
Omelette station was good but huge line ups. Awesome Cappuccinos.
Lines ups for omelettes. Running out of some foods, they should be replaced prior to running out. B

Lovely staff and setting but food service needs improvement
The pools and the very friendly and helpful staff
The long wait in the restaurants, often more than an hour. The unpleasant smell in the buffet restaurant. The seaweed on the beach although that’s not the hotel’s fault and they did their best to clean it up.

Very Good
I really enjoyed the variety of restaurants, the staff were very kind and friendly, and there were lots of activities and little markets throughout the week that kept us busy.
Some of the menus in the restaurants were pretty limited during breakfast and dinnertime, and sometimes the services was a little slow due to the limited number of waitstaff but they were all working very hard!
